Cassie Brown, [B.S. Public Health & Kinesiology; NASM Certified Personal Trainer & Fitness Nutrition Specialist; NSPA Program Design Specialist; AFAA Group Fitness; TRX Qualified; Freemotion Master Trainer], is a full-time Fitness Professional. After earning her B.S., & her personal training & group fitness certifications along the way, Cassie moved to Boston with the goal of achieving a full-time schedule of training & teaching, which she did within 6 months of graduation. Throughout her years of experience coaching people in a variety of settings, [from her university campus rec center, to the YMCA of Greater Boston, to boxing gyms, to Equinox & boutique studios], Cassie developed her personal philosophy & approach to fitness programming & coaching: The B Strong Method.

Cassie believes physical fitness is our most accessible source of empowerment. When we overcome a challenge, even if it's as seemingly simple as making it through a tough exercise at the gym, we become more aware of our individual strength & power. The more often we practice courage & commitment in the gym, the more it translates into the rest of our life. The B Strong Method is Cassie's approach to developing workouts & classes. They're efficient, effective workouts designed with the intention to build strength, improve mobility, alleviate tension, change body composition & encourage practicing the qualities that help us feel empowered.
