I love my job. I'm well aware of what a privilege it is to say that. I'm a firm believer in walking the walk (and making it look damn enticing!), but honestly, I couldn't keep up with my career if I didn't make taking care of my body a priority! My spunky personality and awesome career may look to many like I have it all figured out. It took me so damn long to start this blog because I wanted people to keep believing that!! I pride myself in keeping it real though, so I must admit: I eat well, I stay fit, I try my best, yet I feel like I could be happier. Thankfully, I have a kick ass Mom - who's a Certified Health Coach by the way – who constantly reminds me that fitness and nutrition are only a portion of my Wellness. When I don't feel Well, I don't feel happy. When I talk with Mom, I learn what in my environment, my habits, and my mind affect my Wellness. I'm learning that mindfulness is unbelievably empowering. Awareness of my physical, mental and emotional response to a situation I'm experiencing gives me the insight I need to make the changes that lead me to happiness. Basically, Mom and I are the dream team. I'll guide you in your journey to fitness and health, and, as a contributor to the blog, Mom will provide the soul food to help you find balance. Between the 2 of us, we’ll help you B. Strong, B. Well & B. Bold.

Integrative Nutrition Health Coach
I received my training at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC, where I studied over 100 dietary theories, current health issues and Eastern & Western nutritional philosophies with some of the top professionals in the field. My personal experience of living with chronic headaches and migraines prompted my soul-searching, which led me to learning the nutritional benefits of a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. I generally work with women that have raised their families and are now focused on making their own wellness a priority. Personally, I've had great success with the program, and as a Health Coach, my passion is to create your personalized "roadmap to health" that is unique for your body, lifestyle, preferences and goals!
